There are many important factors that apply to fitness and nutrition, to help familiarize you with the three primary components broken down to the what's and how's. Sleep, protein and carbohydrates, the essential components of fitness and nutrition are easily understood concepts when looked at individually; but the benefits from combining knowledge of all three can speed the process of a developing body.
I will provide a program
of variable resistance training, along with a cardiovascular routine as
a method of physical conditioning and exercise. Beginning with an
overview of how the equipment works and what areas it develops, we'll begin
to lay the foundation of a regimented fitness routine that you will be
comfortable with. I will continue to work with you, hands on, to
display and guide you through exercises until proper form is achieved.
